Toronto police will be announcing details of what they describe as a “major” ongoing enforcement initiative involving retail crime. Supt. Ron Taverner and Police Chief Myron Demkiw will be discussing the results of the initiative at a news conference later this morning. The event is set to take place at Toronto police headquarters at 10 a.m.
