The Prince Albert Police Service continues to ask the public for its help in the investigation of a man’s disappearance almost five decades ago. Robert Wiggins was last seen on July 28, 1980, in the 500 block of 11th Street East in Prince Albert, Sask. He was 29 years old at the time. When he disappeared, he was described as five-foot-10 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. Wiggins’ wallet was found along Highway 16 near Radisson shortly after his disappearance. It contained $300 in cash and a cheque made out to him. The wallet was returned to his home address at the time. Wiggins had connections to Calgary and Edmonton when he went missing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
