Wildlife Festival taking place in Regina with over 50 exotic animals

Regina is hosting The Wildlife Festival this weekend, featuring over 50 animals from Cobb’s Exotic Animal Rescue, a Calgary based organization.

In this interactive experience, visitors can meet and learn about reptiles, sloths, kangaroos, and more. New this year is the capybara exhibit.

Tickets are $23 for adults at the door, with kids under three getting in free. Tickets can also be found online.

Guests can also take part in animal experience packages, which include taking a picture with a sloth and holding a kangaroo.

One hundred per cent of the proceeds from ticket sales and animal experiences go towards maintaining the 500 animals in the park.

The event is held at the REAL District - Saskmilk Exhibit Hall B at 1700 Elphinstone St.
