The Regina Urgent Care Centre (UCC) will be operating on reduced hours over the next several days. Beginning on Wednesday until Monday, with the exception of Saturday, the centre will be closing early due to physician availability. On Wednesday and Thursday, the centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Friday, the centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Saturday, the centre will be open its regular hours from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Sunday, the UCC will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 8 a.m. 4 p.m. on Monday. The centre will then return to its regular hours of 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4. While the centre is not operating, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) advises patients experiencing medical emergencies to call 911 or go to the emergency rooms at either Regina General or Pasqua Hospital. For non-emergencies, patients can call HealthLine 811, visit a walk-in clinic, or call their pharmacy.
