Ontario Provincial Police say two suspects wanted in connection with a murder case in Perth may be on opposite ends of the country. Joseph Madore, 34, and Brayton Kennedy, 28, both of Ottawa, are wanted on charges of second-degree murder in connection with the death of Christo Allison Richards, who died in hospital after being found severely injured in Perth’s Last Duel Park on April 12. Madore is believed to be in British Columbia and may be camping or travelling through remote areas of the province. Kennedy, meanwhile, may have last been in Moncton, N.B., police believe, but his current whereabouts are unknown. Police previously suspected Kennedy could have been travelling with Madore or still been in Ottawa. Madore is described as six-foot-two (188 cm) tall and weighs approximately 189 lbs. (86 kg) with a medium build. He has hazel eyes, black hair, and tattoos. Kennedy is five-foot-10 (180 cm) tall and weighs about 260 lbs. (118 kg). He has brown hair and blue eyes and a tattoo on his forehead above his left eyebrow. Two other people have been arrested in connection with the incident. One is charged with accessory after the fact to murder and the other is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Police say if either suspect is spotted, do not approach them and call 911.
