Neil N, an Ear Falls resident, has $100,000 to spend after winning the 5X The Cash scratch ticket game from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. The 36-year-old said he’s been playing the lottery with OLG since he was old enough to do so and enjoys a variety of scratch tickets, said the OLG in a news release Wednesday. “I was playing it like I normally would -- I didn’t expect to win big,” said Neil “I was speechless, stunned and overwhelmed with excitement -- an indescribable moment.” Neil said he plans to pay some bills and treat himself to something special. “Thank you, OLG, for making my dream come true.” The winning ticket was purchased at Red River Co-op gas bar on Government Street in Dryden.
