Police in Saanich are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting and flashing women in a string of incidents that began last Monday.
Five incidents in the Gordon Head area have been reported to police since July 4, with two occurring in a single afternoon near Lambrick Park.
In every case, women were targeted by a younger man either riding a bike or a skateboard.
He exposed himself to women in some of the incidents, and twice he grabbed the victims “in a sexual manner,” according to Saanich police.
The suspect description varies in each incident, but police believe they’re linked given the proximity of each attack.
He’s described as a white man with darker complexion between 20 and 30 years old who is short in stature.
He was reportedly wearing baseball hats, bandanas or a green bicycle helmet in the incidents.
Anyone who sees anything suspicious in the Saanich area related to the suspect is asked to call police at 250-475-4321.
