An Edmonton massage therapist previously charged with sexual assault is facing new charges after an investigation in Leduc. The Leduc RCMP detachment says five people came forward after the Edmonton Police Service announced the charges against Julio Uribe Beltran, 36, on June 16. The reported incidents happened between July 2025 and April 2026 while Beltran was working at True Touch Massage Therapy and Fitness in Leduc. As a result of the investigation, Beltran was charged with an additional six counts of sexual assault. He has been released from custody on numerous conditions with a court date of Aug. 6 in Leduc. Anyone with information about Beltran is asked to contact Leduc RCMP at 310-RCMP (7267) or make an anonymous report to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
