One more cool day before warm weather returns

Thursday will bring chilly gusts and possible flurries before warm weather on Friday.

It will warm in Calgary on Thursday, but the city will still feel a little bit cool.

Late morning and throughout the afternoon, it will be gusty out of the north, which will make it feel chilly.

There will be sunshine in the morning, but a wind chill will be -8 when heading off to work and school. In the afternoon, the clouds will increase, the daytime high of 5 C will come around 2 p.m., then it will cool off fast after that.

There will be a good chance of flurries by 4 p.m., with one to three centimetres of snow possible in the city.

Friday will be bright and warmer, and Saturday will be warmer still as we soar into the teens.

Don’t forget, we lose an hour of sleep starting Sunday morning, which is expected to be a rainy one.
