Police stopped a vehicle on Highway 11 on a simple Highway Traffic Act (HTA) violation near Line 2 Saturday at 11:35 p.m. Police spoke with the driver and determined he had consumed alcohol. He was brought to the Orillia detachment for further investigation, where additional charges were laid. A 52-year-old New Dundee man was charged with: The accused was held to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orillia. OPP are committed to public safety.
