RCMP investigates suspicious death in Kings County, N.S.

The Southwest Nova RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating a suspicious death in Greenfield, N.S.

Police responded to a report of a deceased man outside a residence on Peck Meadow Road on Thursday around 3:50 a.m.

Investigators are working with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service to determine the manner of his death.

The investigation is ongoing and led by the major crime unit. Police say more information will be shared as it becomes available.

“Our thoughts are with the man’s loved ones at this difficult time,” reads a news release from RCMP.
