N.S. man wanted on provincewide warrant since Sept. 2025 arrested

A Nova Scotia man who has been wanted on a provincewide warrant for nearly a year has been arrested.

On Sunday, Nova Scotia RCMP said David Gordon Alexander Forbes, 35, of Lower Sackville, had been arrested on a warrant issued in September 2025.

When police originally put out the warrant for his arrest, Forbes had been facing charges of:

• two counts of theft under $5,000
• two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
• possession and use of a stolen credit card

“The RCMP thanks members of the public for their support in locating Forbes,” police said Sunday in a news release.
