A New Brunswick man has died after crashing a motorcycle that police say had been stolen earlier that day. The single-vehicle crash happened Saturday around 6:30 a.m. on Sutherland Brook Road in the LSD of Drummond. RCMP said it’s believed the crash happened when the driver lost control while going around a curve in the road. When officers arrived on scene, the driver, a 27-year-old man from the LSD of Drummond, was found dead as a result of his injuries. According to police, the motorcycle had been stolen earlier from a residence in Saint-Andre. Police said an autopsy will be conducted to determine the man’s exact cause of death. A collision reconstructionist is also assisting with the ongoing investigation. For more New Brunswick news, visit our dedicated provincial page.
