How much did gas go down overnight in the Maritimes?

The price of both gas and diesel dropped in all three Maritime provinces overnight.

Nova Scotia

The price of regular self-serve gasoline in the Halifax area decreased by 4.5 cents. The new minimum price is 165.3 cents per litre.

The price of diesel decreased by 1.1 cents. The minimum price is now 185.4 cents per litre.

In Cape Breton, the minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline is 167.2 cents per litre and the minimum price for diesel is 187.3 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

Regular self-serve gasoline on P.E.I. decreased by 4.6 cents. Motorists are now paying a minimum price of 177.6 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by 9.8 cents. The new minimum price is 201.7 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

In New Brunswick, the price of regular self-serve gasoline decreased by 2.6 cents to a new maximum price of 173.9 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by 1.7 cents overnight. The maximum price is now 204.8 cents per litre.
