Digby man wanted on provincewide arrest warrant: N.S. RCMP

A Digby, N.S., man is wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant.

Digby RCMP detachment says 31-year-old Alexander Andrew Baker is facing charges of:

• assault (two counts)
• assault with choking
• uttering threats (three counts)
• failure to comply with release order (four counts)

Police describe Baker as five-foot-10, 200 pounds, and with brown hair and blue eyes.

“Police have made several attempts to locate Baker and are requesting assistance from the public,” reads a news release from Nova Scotia RCMP.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Alexander Baker to call 902-245-2579 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
