Manitoba RCMP is investigating a suspicious death in Leaf Rapids. Mounties from the Leaf Rapids detachment were called to an open area in the northwest Manitoba community just after 3 a.m. Wednesday for reports of an unresponsive man. They found a 21-year-old man who was declared dead at the scene. No further details were provided. Mounties said his death is considered suspicious and remains under investigation.
