Manitoba Justice is extending its condolences after an inmate in a provincial prison died. The provincial department said a 29-year-old man died Saturday while in custody at Headingley Correctional Centre. The centre is a provincial prison, located west of Winnipeg. “Manitoba Justice extends condolences to the family,” the statement said. It said it is not providing any further details due to privacy reasons. Manitoba Justice said the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has been notified.
