A person of interest over an alleged homicide has been identified, Manitoba RCMP say. The force requested the public’s help Sunday morning to identify the person, who they believe is related to a homicide. At 2:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Thompson RCMP were called after a report of a stabbing in an open area near Princeton Drive in Thompson. The male victim from Leaf Rapids, 21, was transported to hospital but died. Anyone who can identify this individual or have any information about this homicide is asked to contact Thompson RCMP at 204-677-6909 or 6911.
