A 13-year-old boy is facing multiple charges after a 16-year-old was stabbed during an altercation in east Windsor early Thursday morning. The Windsor Police Service says officers were called to the 3000 block of Jefferson Boulevard shortly after 2:30 a.m. for reports of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they said they found a 16-year-old male suffering from stab wounds. Investigators say the victim and the accused are known to each other. The teen was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police located and arrested the suspect at an east Windsor residence shortly before 4 a.m. The 13 year old, who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and failure to comply with a release order. The incident remains under investigation.
