A 55-year-old man has died following a motorcycle crash in Langford late Wednesday night, and police say they’re investigating what led to the collision. West Shore RCMP were called to the area of Florence Lake Road and Setchfield Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 after receiving a report of a motorcycle crash involving no other vehicles. Emergency responders found the rider seriously injured. Paramedics with BC Emergency Health Services and members of the Langford Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene. Police have not released further details about what may have caused the crash. West Shore RCMP extends its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” Cpl. Nancy Saggar, media relations officer with West Shore RCMP, said in a release. This is a developing story and will be updated.
