He’s been dubbed by police as “serial break-in suspect.” On Sept. 22, 65-year-old Robert Cybulski, of Kitchener, was arrested at his residence. He has been charged with seven counts of break and enter and five counts of disguise with intent. The charges have not been tested in court. Cybulski was held in custody pending a bail hearing. Investigators have also identified the vehicle used by the accused during these break ins as a 2016 black Honda Accord. Police say they believe the accused is responsible for additional break-ins are asking anyone with further information to contact the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777, ext. 2416, or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
