3 in hospital following multi-vehicle collision in Pickering

Three people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in Pickering sent one vehicle into a ditch.

Three people have been taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision in Pickering late Monday afternoon.

The crash happened near Valley Farm and Kingston roads, which is north of Highway 401 and west of Brock Road.

Durham Regional Police Service told CTV News Toronto that the patients were transported to local hospitals with “what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.”

Southbound Valley Farm Road was closed from Fieldlight Boulevard to Kingston Road, along with westbound Kingston Road between Valley Farm and Glengrove roads as police investigated, but they have since reopened.
