A woman faces multiple charges after allegedly stabbing a man in Saskatoon. Saskatoon Police Service says the incident happened Saturday around 6:10 a.m. at the 300 block of Montreal Avenue South. Officers responded to the area with initial information indicating the suspect had stabbed the man. When they arrived, they found and arrested the 23-year-old old woman. The victim, a 31-year-old man, was found with what were thought to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with an “assault with a knife.” He was taken to hospital for further medical treatment. Police say the victim and suspect are believed to be known to each other.
