Regina police investigating after man found dead in Prince of Wales area

Police are investigating a death in Regina in the Prince of Wales Drive area.

The Regina Police Service (RPS) is now investigating after a body was discovered in the area of Prince of Wales early Saturday morning.

On Jan. 17, police were called to the 2000 block of Prince of Wales Drive at 4:59 a.m. where they located the body of a man.

The investigation is being run in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.

Due to the early stages, police stated no further details will be released to the public, including the victim’s name.

Anyone who has information that could assist police in the investigation is asked to contact RPS or Regina Crime Stoppers.
