Cloud cover is starting to clear and we’re back into some sunshine in through a London and Oxford County, including Elgin. “We just had some stubborn cloud cover areas to the north, though, picking up a fair amount of sunshine temperatures climbing into the upper 20s this afternoon, but feeling like the mid 30s,” said TV News meteorologist Julie Atchison. “So we’re dealing with a bit of humidity.
