Package stolen from hallway of Guelph apartment building

Investigators have released images of a person of interest after a package was stolen from an apartment building in Guelph.

Someone living at the apartment building called the Guelph Police Service on Dec. 3 and said a package had been taken from outside her door. The package, containing unassembled furniture, had been delivered around noon and stolen a half hour later.

The person of interest was described as a white man in his mid-20s to mid-30s. He was tall and thin with short brown hair. At the time, he was wearing a green winter jacket over a Toronto Blue Jays jersey, dark pants and black Nike running shoes.
