Go By Bike Week (GBBW) is an annual celebration of cycling! GBBW encourages everyone to give cycling a try for one week to see how fun and easy it is. To encourage riders, GBBW organizes rides, challenges, Celebration Stations along busy cycling routes, and hundreds of prizes!

There will be a 4km beginners bike ride through Belmont Park and a 28km youth/intermediate signature ride through the City of Colwood near Royal Roads, Fort Rodd Hill and the Lagoon. Cyclists and non-cyclists are welcome to come participate at the event, as there will be tones of free swag, live music, food trucks, local community groups, community BBQ, bicycle valet, interactive Navy displays and a play-zone for children!

The Navy Run - 10K, 5K, and Kids Fun Run is a family-oriented, inclusive community event and is hoping to run both an in person and virtual race this year. This event is open to everyone whether you are part of the DND Community or not. Come out and support this great event and get to know your Navy. Get excited about improving your health.
