July 20 - 21, 2024

The Cycle of Life Tour is a fun non-competitive group cycling event that raises funds for local hospices on Vancouver Island.

This 2-day, 200km group ride takes cyclists from Victoria, through Saanich, Mill Bay, the Cowichan Valley with an overnight stay on Salt Spring Island. If you are an avid cyclist and would like to join the ride this July in support of hospice care, or would like to donate to the ride, visit www.cycleoflifetour.ca for more information.

Known to locals as Beachfest, this  5 ½ week-long family orientated festival includes: the Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Competition & Exhibition, sculpting demonstrations, weekend concerts, an artisan market, and a special weekend evening light up of the sculptures.

Cadboro Bay Festival celebrates what makes Cadboro Bay beautiful and unique. Learn about ocean sustainability, harken back to days gone by with family-friendly traditional picnic lawn games like croquet, cornhole and potato sack races, participate in an art activity, stroll through the village and visit local shops that can’t be found elsewhere, and eat a picnic lunch with family on the grass while listening to live music.
