Spring on the horizon after snowy weekend in Calgary

The biggest round of snow is done, but there is still a little more on the way.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a few sunny breaks. There will likely be a few snowflakes sneak in at times, with snowfall getting heavier Friday night. One to three centimetres are expected then.

There’s another two t four centimetres likely Saturday, then the skies will clear for Sunday.

Next week will be completely different. It will start with a double-digit high on Monday, with potentially record-breaking heat Wednesday and Thursday as temperatures approach the 20 C mark.
