Wellness check finds two people deceased in north Barrie

Two bodies have been found inside a home in North Barrie

On Saturday June 20, Barrie Police conducted a wellness check in North Barrie near the area of St. Vincent Street and Osprey Ridge.

According to police, they located two people inside the residence, a man and a woman deceased.

The victims are believed to be known to each other and police say the incident appears to be isolated.

A police presence will continue in the area and the investigation continues.
