Nattie Neidhart reflects on journey from Dungeon to WWE in new book, ‘The Last Hart Beating’

Ian White sits down with Nattie Neidhart, the granddaughter of Calgary wrestling legend Stu Hart, to talk about her own wrestling career with the WWE.

“When I close my eyes and think of my childhood, I think of the Hart House,” said Nattie Neidhart.

The WWE wrestling star comes by her role naturally, having lived in her grandfather Stu Hart’s home on the west side of Calgary as a child.

Neidhart is part of the third generation of Hart wrestlers and the first woman in the family to take to the ring.

“My sister Jenny, she’s a culinary artist. My little sister Muffy, she’s a teacher. And I was always the one that just liked to be in the spotlight. I loved being athletic, but I also loved theatrics,” Neidhart told CTV News.

Neidhart, the daughter of late wrestling star Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, returned to Calgary to promote her new book, The Last Hart Beating: From the Dungeon to WWE.
