A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a collision on Deerfoot Trail. Calgary police say the crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the southbound lanes of Deerfoot, just north of Glenmore Trail S.E. EMS says the collision involved a motorcycle and two vehicles. Paramedics took an adult male motorcyclist to hospital in serious, life-threatening condition, according to EMS spokesperson Stuart Brideaux. No one else required treatment by EMS. Southbound traffic on Deerfoot Trail was diverted to Peigan Trail, and long delays were expected in the area.
