Friday is starting off on a bright note, and the sunshine doesn’t seem to be going anywhere just yet. Environment Canada says sunny skies are expected throughout the day, with temperatures climbing to a high of 18 C. It’ll be a breezy start, with north winds of 20 kilometres an hour, but those winds should become light in the afternoon. Friday night will stay clear as temperatures fall to a low of 7 C. And there’s more sunshine waiting for Saturday before clouds take over later in the weekend. Saturday is looking like another good day to get outside, with plenty of sun to go around and a slightly warmer high of 19 C. The UV index will once again be high at 6. The national weather agency says clouds begin to roll in Saturday night, with temperatures dipping to 9 C. By Sunday, the sunshine will be harder to come by. Cloudy skies are expected throughout the day, although it will remain relatively mild with a high of 19 C.
