‘Golden ticket’ Wasaga Beach holds Willy Wonka themed Easter egg hunt

The Town of Wasaga Beach held their annual Easter egg hunt with a Willy Wonka Twist.

Children had to search for the golden ticket to unlock some special treats, making for some family fun this Easter long weekend.

Hidden among thousands of colourful eggs were 20 golden tickets.

When found, the winner won a large chocolate bunny prize hand crafted by The Candy Factory.

Families enjoyed a full morning with many interactive activities including a craft tent, photo booth with Easter Bunny, and local vendors were all on scene to enjoy the day.
