How much did gas go up overnight in the Maritimes?

The price of gas increased overnight for all three Maritime provinces.

Nova Scotia

The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by 3.6 cents in the Halifax area. The new minimum price is 168.9 cents per litre.

The price of diesel did not change. The minimum price is still 185.4 cents per litre.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton is now 170.8 cents per litre and the minimum price for diesel is 187.3 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

Regular self-serve gasoline on P.E.I. increased by 2.8 cents. It is now at a minimum price of 180.4 cents per litre.

Diesel prices on the island increased by 1.1 cents. The new minimum price is 201.1 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by 2.1 cents in New Brunswick to a new maximum price of 176.0 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by five cents overnight. The maximum price for motorists in the province is now 199.8 cents per litre.
