The blue wave continued as Progressive Conservatives were re-elected in three ridings and the NDP Party retained Windsor-West.

Lisa Gretzky has secured another term as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Windsor West, keeping the riding in New Democratic Party hands.

Gretzky, who has represented the riding since 2014, defeated Progressive Conservative candidate Tony Francis in a race closely watched by both parties.

Progressive Conservative Anthony Leardi has been re-elected in the Essex riding.
It will be his second term.

Leardi is a lawyer, former Deputy Mayor of Amherstburg, and federal prosecutor, according to the Ontario PC Party website.
The party also highlights Leardi’s community involvement with organizations such as the Essex County Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic and the Essex County Library Board.

Progressive Conservative candidate Trevor Jones has been re-elected in Chatham-Kent—Leamington, securing a second-straight election night victory.

Voters first sent the Leamington-native to Queen’s Park in 2022, topping runner-up Brock McGreggor for the NDP and former PC MPP Rick Nicholls.
