Ontario election 2025 results: Here’s who won Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent ridings

A full breakdown of Windsor-Essex's and Chatham-Kent's election results.

Windsor, Essex County and Chatham-Kent ridings remained the same in the 2025 provincial election.

The blue wave continued as Progressive Conservatives were re-elected in three ridings and the NDP Party retained Windsor-West.

Election results map Windsor Essex All ridings in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent are PC blue, except for Windsor West, which is NDP orange.

Doug Ford’s PC government was declared a majority early in the night.

Lisa Gretzky has secured another term as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Windsor West, keeping the riding in New Democratic Party hands.

Gretzky, who has represented the riding since 2014, defeated Progressive Conservative candidate Tony Francis in a race closely watched by both parties.

PC Andrew Dowie was re-elected in the Windsor-Tecumseh riding.

Dowie turned the riding blue in 2022 after the NDP’s Percy Hatfield did not seek re-election after holding the seat for 10 years.

There were seven people running to be the next Member of Provincial Parliament for the riding, which is home to more than 122,000 people.

Dowie turned the riding blue in 2022 after the NDP’s Percy Hatfield did not seek re-election after holding the seat for 10 years.

Progressive Conservative Anthony Leardi has been re-elected in the Essex riding.

It will be his second term.

Leardi is a lawyer, former Deputy Mayor of Amherstburg, and federal prosecutor, according to the Ontario PC Party website.

The party also highlights Leardi’s community involvement with organizations such as the Essex County Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic and the Essex County Library Board.

Progressive Conservative candidate Trevor Jones has been re-elected in Chatham-Kent—Leamington, securing a second-straight election night victory.

Voters first sent the Leamington-native to Queen’s Park in 2022, topping runner-up Brock McGreggor for the NDP and former PC MPP Rick Nicholls.
