First Responders Career Expo taking place in Windsor

First responders were at St. Clair College on Wednesday to educate students with a career expo. CTV Windsor’s Stefanie Masotti has more.

Several different agencies are taking part in an event for anyone looking into a career as a first responder.

The First Responders Career Expo: Hosted by Windsor Police Service is taking place on Wednesday to explore job opportunities in public safety, law enforcement, fire services, EMS, and more.

• Location - St. Clair College Centre for the Arts, 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor
• Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025
• Time – 10am – 2pm

Windsor police say this is what participants can expect:

• Meet top employers in the first responder field from over 30 agencies in the Ontario and Michigan areas.
• Network with professionals who are passionate about helping others.
• Gain insights into training, benefits, and career advancement.
• Explore job openings, internships, and volunteer opportunities.
