E.C. Row lane restrictions planned from Howard to Dougall

The City of Windsor is letting drivers know about more construction closures on E.C. Row Expressway.

Eastbound E.C. Row Expressway will have overnight lane restrictions from Howard Avenue to Dougall Avenue and the eastbound on/off ramps to/from Howard Avenue will be closed.

It is planned between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26, 2026 (weather permitting).
