"Another day where nothing has really changed with the forecast and that trend will continue into the weekend, for the most part. An Air Quality Statement remains for most of East Vancouver Island due to wildfire smoke. Wind continue to blow off the water, especially for the south end and west side. Things will develop the same way they have for the past couple of days, as we get into the late night and overnight period wind picks up and then lightens through the day. We will see a small uptick temperature wise for the weekend and start of next week. Rain remains elusive through the first 7-10 days of June."
