Homicide investigators have identified the victim of a deadly shooting inside an East Vancouver home over the weekend.
Benn Robert Arthur Harrison, 49, was gunned down in a house near North Kootenay and Dundas streets just after 4:30 a.m. Sunday, according to authorities.
Two suspects in their 20s were taken into custody at the scene but have not been charged, the Vancouver Police Department said in an update Tuesday.
Police had responded to a 911 call at the home at approximately 4:40 a.m. Investigators remained at the scene in the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood throughout the day, collecting evidence and interviewing residents.
No details have been released about the relationship – if any – between the victim and the suspects.
