Police in Saanich executed a search warrant at a home linked to drug-related activity Tuesday night.
An emergency response team swarmed a home on Cedar Hill Cross Road, breaking down the door and arresting two men without incident.
The house was thoroughly searched inside and out, but police aren’t saying what they were looking for.
“Now we’re conducting a search of the residence for the matter that is named in the search warrant, and we’re hopefully going to locate some items that are going to further this investigation,” said acting Sgt. Brent Wray.
Wray said police had been investigating the home for some time, and that the house wasn’t known as a neighbourhood nuisance.
The investigation is ongoing.
