Architectural style In an interview with CTV News, Pinto described the home's architectural style as "contemporary craftsman architecture with modern, lake house elements." (RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc.)
"There’s a lot of natural stone, cedar, glass and white oak, so although the home is very modern in terms of its scale, windows and open spaces, it still feels warm and inviting," said Pinto. "The dramatic ceiling heights, architectural staircases and extensive glass really take advantage of the lakefront setting. "

Exterior "The property is nearly three-quarters of an acre, so there’s a surprising amount of outdoor space, especially for a waterfront property," said Pinto. "It’s beautifully landscaped with mature greenery, gardens and stone terraces, and then you have approximately 103 feet of shoreline along Lake Ontario. It feels very private and peaceful."
