With winter now in the rearview mirror and spring well underway – voting is now open for CAA Saskatchewan’s Worst Road campaign.
The advocacy and safety campaign allows residents to nominate and vote for the roads in the province that pose safety concerns.
The nomination and voting process is directed at drivers, cyclists, pedestrians and passengers. The campaign runs from April 8 to April 29.
Over the course of those four weeks, CAA will share pictures and concerns from drivers across the province.
The results of the campaign will be announced on April 30 – with one voter being awarded a $1,000 Shell gift card through a random draw.
Residents can submit their nominations here.
In 2024, the top 10 worst roads included four in Moose Jaw, and singular nominations in Markinch, Cupar, Cudworth, Buchanan – with the top honour going to Saskatchewan 8 near Moosomin due to potholes.
