Crews with the Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) were busy Saturday, after flames were reported at a property in the Washington Park area.
Crews responded to a home on the 600 block of Athol Street just after 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
Smoke was witnessed rising from the single-story residence. Evidence of flames could be seen above several of the home’s windows.
Fire crews had the blaze under control by 3 p.m. RFPS confirmed the fire did not lead to any injuries.
An inspector was deployed to the scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
