Here are the candidates running in the Regina-Wascana riding

WATCH: Here are the candidates for the 2025 federal election in the riding of Regina Wascana.

Peter Bruce, People’s Party of Canada

With a background in community service, Peter Bruce was born and raised in Toronto. He has called Regina home since 1981, where he spent 37 years working at Saskatchewan Telecommunications.

Bruce is a technical writer and amateur historian who studied at the University of Toronto and University of Regina.

He has been a member of the People’s Party of Canada since 2019.

Kimberly Epp, Green Party of Canada

As an experienced conservationist and educator, Kimberly Epp is seeking to represent Regina Wascana in the House of Commons as a Green Party candidate.

Epp was raised on a grain farm near Rosthern, Sask. Her background includes research on snow geese and Arctic foxes in Nunavut, work with the Alberta Park Service, and roles with Nature Saskatchewan and the Burrowing Owl Educational Centre.

Despite challenges with Lyme disease, Epp has written extensively on wildlife rehabilitation and conservation and administered programs for the Moose Jaw Nature Society. Her current initiatives include “Wild About Moose Jaw,” promoting pollinator gardens and community engagement with nature.

Michael Kram, Conservative Party of Canada

Michael Kram is a Conservative Member of Parliament for Regina-Wascana, serving since 2019.

Kram was Born and raised in Regina and graduated from Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School and went on to earn degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Regina, with additional studies in Economics at Carleton University in Ottawa.

With a background in information technology, Kram worked in the private sector and for the Department of National Defence before being elected to Parliament.

Kaitlyn Stadnyk, New Democratic Party

With a background in community service and social justice, Kaitlyn Stadnyk is the NDP candidate for Regina-Wascana.

Stadnyk grew up on a family farm outside Lumsden and she understands the challenges facing rural and urban communities.

As a volunteer, she has been involved with organizations like the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan, White Pony Lodge, and Souls Harbour Rescue Mission.

Jeffrey Walters, Liberal Party of Canada

Jeffrey Walters is the Liberal candidate for Regina-Wascana. According to the party’s website, Jeff believes in opportunities for all.

With a master’s degree in human rights, he’s worked in various roles, including senior programs officer at Agriculture and Agri-food Canada, sessional lecturer at the University of Regina and Leader of the Liberal Party of Saskatchewan (2021-2023).
