A 33-year-old man is facing charges after being found naked in a Tim Hortons washroom in Brockville, Ont.
The Brockville Police Service says police received a call at approximately 5 p.m. Monday about a man who “was exposed” in the female washroom of the restaurant on Parkedale Avenue.
“Information was that a female employee attended to the public washroom and located a 33-year-old male who was naked and had caused a mess by throwing toilet paper everywhere,” police said. “He refused to leave when staff asked him to do so.”
When officers located the man, they learned he had recently been placed on his fourth probation order with conditions, police said.
“During his custody, he was attempting self-harm and officers had to intervene to prevent the harm,” Brockville police said.
The man is facing charges of indecent act in a public place and four counts of failing to comply with probation.
