Ontario Provincial Police say two people are facing charges of second-degree murder following a homicide investigation that was launched after police discovered the body of a deceased person in a burning vehicle in September. On Sept. 11, police officers and firefighters responded to a vehicle fire in a wooded area off Ramsay Concession 12 and discovered a deceased person inside the vehicle. In a news release on Friday, OPP said two people from Arnprior, 37-year-old Lindsay Dolan and 33-year-old Dylan Zoobkoff, were arrested in Regina, Sask. on Wednesday. Dolan and Zoobkoff are each facing charges of second-degree murder and indignity to a dead body. The accused remain in custody and appeared before the Ontario Court Justice on Friday.
