The Ottawa Police Service says it has identified and charged a man accused of an indecent act in Stittsville. Police say the man publicly exposed himself to women and began masturbating in the 1300 block of Stittsville Main Street at around 3 p.m. on July 10. On Friday, police said Lawrence Heide, 79, was charged with committing an indecent act in a public place on Thursday. He appeared in court on Friday.
