Ontario Provincial Police say two stolen vehicles have been recovered after an inspection at an eastern Ontario weigh station.
In a post on X, the OPP said officers from the Ministry of Transportation were conducting an inspection at the Curry Hill Scales, east of Cornwall, at around 9 a.m. Monday and found two vehicles inside a sea container.
The vehicles, a Toyota Tundra and a Toyota Land Cruiser, had been reported stolen from the Greater Toronto Area, OPP said.

Police arrested a 63-year-old from Saint-Hubert, Que. at the scene. He is charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and one of trafficking in stolen good over $5,000.
Last month, police found stolen vehicles in sea containers on Highway 401 near Cornwall and at the OnRoute in Trenton.
Another excellent example of teamwork resulting in the recovery of stolen vehicles.
