Police seek known federal offender for breaching release order
A nationwide warrant has been issued for federal offender Eric Richard Joseph Cardinal, who is wanted for breaching a release order. The 5'0", 160-pound man is known to frequent northern Ontario. He's serving more than 3-year sentence for robbery, assault, theft and harassment. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
